Dokdo Volunteer Forces Memorial Hall

Dokdo Volunteer Forces Memorial Hall was designed after the shapes of Dongdo (East Island) and Seodo (West Island), and materials related to historical activities of Dokdo Volunteer Forces are displayed in the Hall. Dokdo is visible with the naked eye from the outdoor observatory in the building. The place provides vivid experiences on the patriotism and the spirit of noble sacrifice held by the Dokdo Volunteer Forces. In addition, partner schools for Dokdo Volunteer Forces school clubs are selected every year for nationwide middle and high schools, and the Visit Program for Dokdo Volunteer Forces Memorial Hall and Dokdo are in operation to support the partnership.
